What Causes Snoring?

When you sleep, the soft tissue in the back of the throat relaxes. This soft tissue partially blocks your airway, creating the snoring noise.

The Crystal Clear Anti-Snoring Devise holds the lower jaw in a forward position so that it does not shift or fall open during the night. The prevents the airway from collapsing. The more you pull your jaw forward, the more the airway opens.
